We source only authentic, brand-new pairs from trusted sources, and every pair is protected by two layers of checks.

Layer one: trusted platforms such as Poizon authenticate every pair before it is dispatched to us.

Layer two: when it reaches us, we inspect it by hand — the right model, the right size, and no damage — before it is delivered to you. If anything is not right, our suppliers protect us, so you are protected too.

All shipments go through official customs clearance in Sri Lanka, so every product you receive is legally imported.

We deliver each item in pristine condition with care, and we encourage our customers to treat them with the same love. The sneaker community is all about care and passion - if you wish to return or exchange, simply ensure the item is ready for another caring hand.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for items returned undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories. Items not meeting these requirements won't qualify.

Luxuntique reserves the right to determine refund amounts based on item and package condition. View our full refund policy
