Authenticity

We source only authentic, brand-new pairs from trusted sources, and every pair is protected by two layers of checks.

Layer one: trusted platforms such as Poizon authenticate every pair before it is dispatched to us.

Layer two: when it reaches us, we inspect it by hand — the right model, the right size, and no damage — before it is delivered to you. If anything is not right, our suppliers protect us, so you are protected too.

All shipments go through official customs clearance in Sri Lanka, so every product you receive is legally imported.

Returns & refunds

No returns or refunds accepted for pre-ordered items. All items are verified before dispatching to Sri Lanka. Customers must provide accurate details about sizes, colors, and models when placing orders. We provide product detail confirmation and authenticity verification before shipping to Sri Lanka. Items shipped and delivered to Sri Lanka are not accepted for refund or return, except in rare applicable cases.
