Lucid Blue. Blue Spark Met. Chalk White. The Adidas Dropset 3 in ID8636 is a men's premium training shoe engineered for the gym floor — a purpose-built multi-directional training platform built for heavy lifting, lateral agility, and explosive movement, now wrapped in an electric lucid blue colourway that dominates from every angle. Built to perform. Built to be seen. The lucid blue engineered knit upper delivers a breathable, form-fitting construction that wraps the midfoot in a flexible, ventilated knit while the structured forefoot and heel cage provide the support and lockdown that high-intensity training demands. The knit construction allows natural foot movement during dynamic training while the rigid overlays hold the foot firmly in place under load. The blue spark metallic three stripes on the lateral midfoot are rendered in a shimmering, iridescent metallic blue, creating a premium, high-contrast stripe detail that elevates the colourway from gym shoe to statement piece. The structured heel counter in tonal lucid blue provides the rearfoot stability and heel lockdown that heavy compound lifting demands, keeping the heel firmly planted and the foot secure under maximum load. The Dropset midsole features Adidas' signature dual-density construction — a firmer, flatter heel platform designed to maximise ground contact and stability during squats, deadlifts, and pressing movements, with a slightly softer forefoot zone for comfort during cardio and agility work. The chalk white outsole wraps the traction platform in a clean, bright white that pops dramatically against the all-blue upper, with a full-contact flat heel section for maximum stability and a multi-directional forefoot traction pattern for lateral agility. The DUAL DENSITY branding on the lateral midsole marks the shoe's premium construction credentials. This is the Adidas Dropset 3 — the most capable training shoe in the game, in its most electric colourway.
